Fleet/Maintenance Manager!!!!!! (Lemont)

We are looking for Fleet/Maintenance Manager to oversee a fleet of 30-50 semi trucks/trailer with maintenance operations, OTR breakdowns and manage repair costs. Office position only!!!

Responsibilities:
● Supervise the maintenance and repair with local shop team
● Ensure drivers are doing preventing maintenance program
● Manage OTR breakdowns and repair expenses
● Constant communication with shops (local and OTR)
● Negotiate repair prices (specially OTR breakdowns)
● Manage DOT maintenance and compliance
● Introduce drivers to their equipment and get them OTR

Requirements:
● Fleet maintenance management experience preferred
● Strong knowledge of heavy-duty trucks and trailers
● Understanding repair cost (local shop and OTR breakdowns)
● Full understanding of DOT maintenance and regulations
