Now Hiring: Fleet Manager

We're looking for an experienced and driven Fleet Manager to lead a team around 50 units and help us scale with confidence. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who understands both driving and operational management.
๐ง What You'll Do:
๐น Manage day-to-day operations for around 50 units โ scheduling and routing
๐น Take full responsibility for the fleet and work closely with the team across departments
๐น Provide and received equipment for new hires and existed drivers
๐น Ensure fleet equipment is maintained at maximum efficiency
๐น Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and DOT compliance
๐น Manage fleet inventory โ purchase, sell, and lease trucks/trailers as needed
๐น Support drivers during breakdowns and emergency situations
๐น Coordinate with vendors, repair shops, and dealerships
๐น Monitor HOS compliance, driver performance, and safety standards
๐น Support driver retention โ communication, problem-solving, and keeping the team running smoothly ๐น Prepare weekly reports on road services and maintenance shop expenses, plus fuel efficiency
โ Requirements:
โ๏ธ Minimum 1 year of experience in the trucking industry
โ๏ธ Proven ability to manage a fleet and lead others effectively โ๏ธ Strong management and problem-solving skills
โ๏ธ Basic technical/mechanical knowledge
โ๏ธ Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills
โ๏ธ Excellent organizational skills โ able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
โ๏ธ Must speak, write, and read English fluently โ Ukrainian and Russian are a plus
โ๏ธ Valid CDL Class A required (for conducting road tests with new drivers) need to be able to take new units to dealership and shop and back .
