Frequently asked questions

Is it free to use?

Yes. Posting listings, applying and browsing are currently completely free.

How do I post a job (employer)?

Register choosing "I am hiring", confirm your email, then click "Post a job" in the menu.

How do I post a "looking for work" listing (job-seeker)?

Register choosing "Looking for a job", confirm your email, then click "Post". Your listing appears under "Seeking work", where employers can find it.

Why do I need to confirm my email?

To keep the board real and free of spam and scams. You can browse right away, but posting and applying require a confirmed email.

I did not get the confirmation email — what now?

First check your Spam / Junk folder — first emails often land there. Mark it "Not spam". You can also click "Resend link" in the yellow banner at the top.

How do I apply to a job offer?

Open the listing, click "Apply", write a short cover letter and attach your CV (PDF/DOC).

How do I contact a job-seeker?

Open their "looking for work" listing. Logged-in employers can see the candidate's contact details (email, phone).

Where can I see my listings and applications?

Click "Dashboard" in the menu. There you will find your listings, applications and saved jobs.

How do I stay safe from scams?

Never send money or "fees for a job / for documents". Be wary of offers that sound too good to be true. Do not share bank or ID details with unverified people. Report suspicious listings to us.

How do I report an inappropriate listing?

Email us at info@cikagainfo.com with a link to the listing.
